Born in Puerto Rico, Astrid got a BA in Marketing, and an MBA in Business Administration graduating with honors. A former international model, she was immersed in the world of fashion at the age of 14 years old.

As a multidisciplinary artist, Astrid is dedicated to guide others on a journey of self-expression through art therapy classes and the exploration of their self image.
Her extensive self-work in psychoanalysis enables her to assist others in uncovering the profound
connections between their inner selves and their outward expressions.
